Please read before using the service.

These terms are an English translation for convenience. The Korean terms are the official version and prevail if they differ.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set the conditions for using the tech pack tool and related content (the “Service”) provided by Jakji (the “Site”).

Article 2 (The Service)

The Site provides, free of charge, features to create, print and save tech packs with flat sketches, size specs, fabric and trims tables and sewing specs based on garment photos and the options you choose. The Service may change to improve it.

Article 3 (Limits of measurements and content)

  1. Measurements shown by the Service are reference standards calculated from regular-fit base values per item and do not replace measuring an actual sample.
  2. AI analysis results (item, details, material, sewing spec) are estimates and may be wrong.
  3. You must check and correct all contents of a tech pack yourself before giving it to a factory.

Article 4 (Your obligations)

  1. Use the Service only with designs and photos you have rights to.
  2. Making and producing tech packs that copy the shape of another company's product may violate laws such as Korea's Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act; you are responsible for doing so.
  3. Do not use the Service abnormally or interfere with its operation.

Article 5 (Content ownership)

The content of tech packs you make with the Service belongs to you. The Site's design, guide texts and programs belong to the Site's operator.

Article 6 (Ads)

The Site may show ads on its pages to support operation. Ads are not included in printed tech packs. The Site is not responsible for ad content or dealings with advertisers.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Site is provided free of charge and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for production defects, financial losses or disputes arising from using tech packs made with the Service. The Service may be interrupted by natural disasters, hosting failures and the like.

Article 8 (Changes)

If these terms change, we'll post the update on this page with its effective date.
